When a whale dies in the cold tank of a marine park, what happens after that? Beginning with the testimony of the last keeper of a captive beluga, this experimental documentary theatre piece explores our human grief and love towards the more-than-human world, asking how we remember and bury.

Themes of animal captivity, death, ecological grief, and loss. It includes images of captive marine animals, low-frequency sound, high pitch whale vocalisations, and moments of darkness. Audience members are welcome to leave and re-enter at any time.
