SPIN AGA!N proposes a ritual and its undoing through a triptych of abstraction. As the past grows more distant, and our evidence of it disintegrates and morphs beyond recognition, we find ourselves in an unending cycle of desperate analysis. We devolve into a bureaucratic loop dissecting a ritual that once held profound anthropological significance, re-embedding it with meaning until it is rendered meaningless. As remnants of an ancient prophecy quickly fade into elusive myth, we investigate the collapse of a people looking to the past for answers rather than following where the river flows; answers they assume are just beneath the water…or the mud. Can our psyches survive an endlessness coming to an end?
